The nurse rang me back, listened to what I had to day and booked me in to see if the GP instead of leaving me to struggle had appointment booked for 3rd March which was first available apt so have been seen before and can get treated sooner before get worse.

The GPs know me very well, after being with the practice for many years.
They know my physical and mental issues and chat with me, to put my mind at rest as to my illness and treatment.

Always get a call back and appointment if needed. All doctors are professional and friendly and never make you feel like your wasting there time.

Many thanks for this comment, the introduction of our daily telephone triage is proving to be successful and is welcomed by patients. Our telephone triage runs every day from 8.30 - 10.am, both our GPs and Nurse Practioners run this additional service. Best Wishes Michelle Payling Practice Manager
